WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

  • We recommend fitted, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and monitor your body alignment and form. We suggest fitted short-sleeve shirts, tank tops or leotard and fitted shorts, leggings, or pants with elastic waist.  Avoid baggy clothing and be sure to pull long hair back for visibility and safety. 


  • Shoes are not allowed to be worn in classes. Pilates is usually done barefoot or with grip socks. If you don't have a pair of socks, we have ToeSox available for purchase at our front desk.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR CLASSES?

  • Our reformer pilates classes are 50 minutes long.

CAN I SHOW UP LATE TO CLASS?

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled class, your spot may be given to a standby or walk in client which results in forfeiting your class.

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?

  • Yes, we have 1 unisex changing room and shower available for use. We also have toiletries available if you forget to bring them with you!

DO YOU HAVE A LOST & FOUND?

  • Yes, we have a Lost & Found. However, we are not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged.
